We currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Spares Administrator at our Glyfada, Greece premises. This position is currently offered as a hybrid work model.
Position Overview:
The Spares Administrator will be responsible for managing the sales activities of spare parts for assigned customers and regions, with the goal of achieving the department’s sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand operational processes and conduct sales activities for the company’s products and services to both existing and new customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, present product and service offerings, and prepare and send relevant offers.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, build strong relationships with clients, and demonstrate problem-solving and commercial thinking skills for team success.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, subsidiaries, or dealers to ensure timely packaging and delivery of customer orders to ships.
- Manage the shipping of orders through carriers and prepare necessary documentation for both domestic and international shipments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Diligent, organized, and reliable with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Email and Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus but not required.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
